Unlock GSM network Samsung Galaxy Amp 2 Cricket J120AZ

Samsung Galaxy Amp 2 is cheap model that is sold by Cricket network in USA market under a contract and model is J120AZ. Galaxy Amp 2 Cricket supports both CDMA and GSM network, but this phone have to be unlocked to turn on GSM network because CDMA network is primary network.

My service will unlock network for Samsung Galaxy Amp 2 J120AZ permanently. After this phone is unlocked, you can update new firmware or make factory reset. This phone still works fine.

What is procedure?
On your Windows laptop/destop (I recommend Windows 7 or 10 and it should be a new one)
+ Connect a stable internet
+ Install Teamviewer software to connect your laptop and my laptop
On your Samsung Amp 2:
+ turn on "USB Debugging" and "OEM Unlock" functions
+ check imei to make sure status of phone is clean
+ connect phone with laptop/desktop by usb cable
